| Biography: | Patricia Nyberg MS.,OTR/L received the degree Master of Science in Special Education from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD. and the degree Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Quinnipiac College in Hamden, CT. Patricia has extensive pediatric experience working with children in developmental centers, hospitals, public schools and in home settings. As an Occupational Therapist for over 25 years Patricia has worked with children with special needs who struggle with fine motor delay and components of handwriting. She can provide a pre-school enrichment handwriting class for 4 and 5 year old children in Montgomery county Maryland. Patricia teaches professional development classes on handwriting readiness and the HWT GSFS Pre-K handwriting curriculum to early childhood educators, day care providers and pre-school teachers in Maryland. She also, owns a home based tutoring business called WRITE/RIGHT tutoring in which she provides private handwriting instruction using the Handwriting Without Tears curriculums and materials for preschool through elementary age children struggling with pre-writing, printing and cursive writing.
