Biography:	Laura White, OTR/L received her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education from Weber State College in Ogden, UT and a Post Baccalaureate Degree in Occupational Therapy from Quinninpiac College in Hamden, CT. She has been practicing pediatric OT in a school setting since 1999, having worked in the Westerly Public Schools in Westerly, RI, New London Public Schools in New London, CT and she currently works in the Stonington Public Schools in Stonington, CT. She works with all students, including those with exceptionalities, from preschool to middle school. She has had over 15 years experience working with the Handwriting Without Tears curriculum. She has been instrumental in educating and implementing Handwriting Without Tears district wide throughout the Stonington School system. She is currently trained and certified in administering the Print Tool Handwriting Evaluation. She also has experience using Handwriting Without Tears with adults with neurological deficits.
