| Biography: | Hello! Let me introduce myself. My name is Alysia Budd and I graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2000 with a degree in Occupational Therapy. My passion has always been working with children and families. I've been able to work in school systems, hospitals, private clinics and early intervention gaining invaluable experience in all areas of pediatrics. My areas of specialized training have included: hand development, handwriting and pre-writing, sensory processing disorders, ADD/ADHD and dyslexia. As a mother of boys who have dyslexia, I have a unique understanding and love of this amazing brain. The combination of my experience as an OT and certification as a Level 1 Certified Handwriting Specialist with HWT has given me wonderful training to specialize in the area of handwriting intervention with children.
