| Biography: | Shayna Busche is a special education teacher and intellectually gifted instructor at W.G. Rhea Elementary School in Paris, TN. Shayna develops and provides specialized instruction to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities. She evaluates and assesses student progress against instructional objectives, follows State mandated due process, and functions as IEP Case Manager to assigned students. In addition, she also organizes, implements, and supports the needs of intellectually students in the general and special education settings. Shayna understands that stakeholder communication is an incredibly important aspect of special education planning. Clear and concise communication skills allow her to work with related service providers in the school system, such as Occupational Therapists, on a daily basis.
