Biography:Heather Picone received her Bachelors of Science from Gwynedd Mercy College. She has a Special Ed. Certification for students in grade K-12 and a Elementary Certification for grades K-5. Heather has been providing Handwriting Without Tears services since 2006. She used this program in her Primary Autism classroom in a public Florida Elementary School. Heather is trained in the HWT "Get Set for School" Pre-K through 5th grade curriculum and in the Print Tool Assessment. Currently she is helping to educate Homeschooling parents in the amazing HWT programs. Heather belongs to many homeschooling groups in SW Florida and would be happy to help individual families and students improve their handwriting skills.
