Biography:	Esther Toney, COTA/L came to her first HWT workshop 8 years ago. Inspired she introduced the program to the kindergarten at a school she worked in . At the end of the school year Esther gathered work samples from the out going Kindergarten students for a blind comparison, done by the administration, to work of the out going first grade students. The results of which lead to providing instruction to all the K-3 staff members and bring the HWT materials to the school at large. Later, when she served as the Early Childhood Director, Esther added the preschool programming to the curriculum. Esther now works as a private tutor and consultant providing workshops, parent and teacher training and individual instruction.
