| Biography: | Lindsay Amey, OT Reg.(Ont.) received her M.Sc.(OT) from the University of Western Ontario. She also holds a B.Sc. from UWO and a B.Sc. (Hons.) from McMaster University. She has 7 years of experience providing services in individual sessions at home and school as well as educating teachers and parents on use of HWT program. Currently, Lindsay works as an Occupational Therapist on the Pediatric Team for Closing the Gap Healthcare Group. Lindsay is a National Presenter for Handwriting without Tears. She is trained in the HWT Pre-K Literacy and Math, Pre-K Readiness and Writing and K- 5 curriculum as well as adminitration of the Print Tool Assessment. She is registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario. In her spare time, Lindsay coaches the Special Olympics Ski Team at Georgian Peaks Ski Club in Thornbury, ON. |
