| Biography: | Candice Mullendore received her Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Indianapolis. She has 11+ years of experience with children and adults. She has worked extensively with children in a variety of settings including in-patient and out-patient rehabilitation, school based therapy and recently opened the Pediatric Therapy Center to offer outpatient services to children. She also taught occupational therapy students at Creighton University. She first used Handwriting Without Tears ™ with her own children and quickly began educating local daycare and preschool centers on the benefits of the program. Two of the preschools and 1 daycare have adopted the Handwriting Without Tears ™ program in their curriculum. She provides regular seminars on Handwriting Without Tears ™ to a local preschool program and their parents. In addition, she uses the Handwriting Without Tears ™ curriculum in the Pediatric Therapy Center to children with special needs in grades Pre-K through 7th. |
