| Biography: | Darlene Larson is the owner of The Reading Spelling Connection LLC and provides private tutoring services to students of all ages in the areas of reading, spelling, and handwriting. She has been trained in the Handwriting Without Tears Pre-K - 5th grade curriculum and has been using HWT in private practice and in the classroom since 2005. Degrees: BS Elementary Education K-8 (UW-EC), MSE with Reading Teacher Certification (UW-SP). Besides certification as a HWT Level 1 Handwriting Specialist, Darlene also holds certifications as a Barton Reading and Spelling System Tutor and as a Dyslexia Specialist. |
