| Biography: | Melissa McKenzie owns a business, Mosaic Conceptions, that strives to bring the pieces together - children, parents and teachers - to form a unified whole. Melissa is trained in the HWT Pre-K Readiness, Printing, and Cursive curricula, as well as The Print Tool Administration, Scoring, Interpretation and Remediation. She also does presentations and in-services for schools and teachers wishing to learn more about Handwriting Without Tears. Melissa received her B.B.A. from Texas A&M University in 1989 and her MEd. from SFA in 2014. She is a Master Registered Trainer with the Texas Early Childhood Professional Development System (TECPDS). Melissa has worked with children for over 15 years and is currently teaching the Early Childhood Program in a local public high school. |
