| Biography: | Alina is trained in the HWT Pre-K through 5th grade curriculum. She graduated from Wheelock College in Boston, USA. Alina is presently an Early Intervention Specialist in Nurture Pods. Alina possesses extensive experience in working with children as young as 3 years old. She has been an educator in preschools since 2006 and was involved in teaching, curriculum planning and conducting integrated lessons. Her years of experience in numerous reputable preschools and early intervention centers enables her to have great understanding of deviant childhood behaviors. She specializes in using various motivation techniques to encourage and praise children to maximize their potential and to improve their level of compliance. |
