| Biography: | Clarissa Flannery, MS. Sp. Ed. I received my Master's in Special Education, from S.U.N.Y. New Paltz, N.Y. and my Bachelor's of Science, in Early Childhood Education from Wheelock College, Boston, Ma. I am dual certified in teaching Early Childhood Education and Special Education, nursery through 9th grade. I have 12 years experience as an Early Childhood Educator. For 8 years, I had the dual role of general educator and special educator in an integrated public preschool program for children ages 3 to 5 years old. I have 12 years experience with the HWT program. I provide private tutoring in handwriting and reading, using HWT and Orton-Gillingham methods for all ages, preschool through high school, in individual and small group sessions. I enjoy working for Handwriting Without Tears as a Tradeshow Exhibitor at various professional conferences. |
