Biography:	Josette Hyde, OTR/L has received her B.S. in Occupational Therapy from SUNY, Downstate Medical Center. She has over 25 years of experience as an OT in a variety of settings, including pediatric clinics and schools. Josette is trained and certified in the Handwriting Without Tears Pre-K through Grade 5 curriculum as well as in the administration of the Print Tool Assessment. She has provided parents, educators and administrators with educational training and workshops in the areas of fine motor, sensory strategies, classroom modifications as well as handwriting remediation. Josette has successfully used the HWT curriculum in individual and group settings and enjoys using creative approaches to help empower children to reach their full potential.
